I had my first solo gig since Neptune Bay parted ways. It felt great to share my music with such a wonderful receptive audience. Thank you to everyone who turned out. Thanks to the Middle East for having me.

I am saddened to announce that the members of Neptune Bay have officially decided to part ways.

Formed in 2002 by Larry Kennedy and Bob Kramer, Neptune Bay found footing even as it dealt with a number of different lineup changes through the years. In August of 2003, the lineup began to solidify with Joy Sumberg joining as the lead vocalist. Shortly after Joy joined the band, Paul Wadsworth came aboard as the bass player and Kevin Miller on drums. They played together for the next year, generated a loyal following, and a reputation as cultivators and supporters of fellow North Shore musicians. In particular Neptune Bay produced and funded the North Shore Music Project, a CD compilation of original compositions by North Shore (loosely defined) musicians. This endeavor was followed by Neptune Bay hosting and producing with Ron Vargas a monthly TV show called, the North Shore Music Project show that played on local Comcast stations through out the North Shore.

To all of the people who supported us, I would like to extend a big thank you and I hope you will continue to support each of us as we explore other musical worlds.
